Remember what the Lord your God has done for you—
How He spoke from heaven,
how He thought and it became.
You formed from dust
and He took you in His hands
and He breathed His life in us.

Remember what the Lord your God has done for you—
How He led the captives forth in singing,
how He brought you out of Egypt.
Great and miraculous signs He wrought,
and He spoke to you face-to-face,
and never once did you lack what you needed.

Remember what the Lord your God has done for you—
How He wrapped Himself in flesh,
how He did what you could never do.
Your sin He took far, far away,
and He canceled your guilt on the cross,
and He conquered death  so you may live again.

Remember what the Lord your God has done for you—
How He calls you “daughter,”
how He lavishes His love.
In all your darkest moments,
His light shines brighter still,
and He will never leave you alone.
