Though I’ve been silent from the blogging world this summer, I have by no means been lazy.  In fact, this has probably been the best summer of my life.  I’ve grown tremendously in my relationship with God and my understanding of our relationship as Father and daughter, I’ve gained heart-knowledge of my identity in Christ, I’ve painted a house and discovered an unknown talent for and enjoyment of painting pictures, I’ve developed a host of new, fruitful relationships with friends, I’ve redone my bedroom, and I’ve written more than ever before during a summer.  In short, I have been productive, I’ve faced challenges, I’ve experienced healing, and I’ve grown.

One project in particular I’ve been working on is a Doctor Who youtube show my friend C.J. Lassiter and I are making.   (By the way, C.J. is an amazing musician.  Visit her website, http://www.cjlassiter.com/, and like her on Facebook.)   Basically, what we’re doing is writing and filming our own season of Doctor Who, since we love the show and the next season doesn’t come out until the end of next year–that’s a super long time to wait!!    What is my role?  I’m the primary author and props designer, but I’ve also done a bit of acting and random things that are included in filming a show.

So, if you love Doctor Who (which you probably do, if you’ve seen it, and which you probably will, if you haven’t seen it yet), or if it sounds interesting, or if you’re bored, or really for any other reason, come like our Facebook page, The Imaginary Adventures of the Twelfth Doctor, and stay tuned for the release of our first episode, which should be coming out sometime in September.  Thanks for your support!
